Configuring Server Settings

Using Parallels Management Console, you can configure the following server settings:

• server name
• default folder for storing virtual machine files
• default login and password for connecting to the server
• connection security level
• default folder for storing virtual machine backups
• amount of memory available in virtual machines
• PCIe devices assignment
• virtual networks

You can change any of these settings in the Server Settings dialog. To open this dialog:

1. Make sure that you are connected to the Parallels server as a user with administrative privileges.
2. Select the server in the sidebar, and choose Edit Settings from the Server menu.
