USB SettingsIn the USB Controller pane of the Virtual Machine Configuration dialog, you can enable the USB controller support in your virtual machine. A virtual machine can emulate only one USB controller, which provides you with the possibility to connect up to eight USB 2.0 and eight USB 1.1 devices to the virtual machine.
Enabled . Select this option to allow using USB devices in the virtual machine. If you want to temporarily disable USB operations without deleting the USB controller from the virtual machine configuration, clear this option. If the USB controller is disabled, such USB devices as keyboard, mouse, microphone will still be available to the virtual machine with other emulated subsystems, such as sound, keyboard or mouse emulation, etc. Note: The Enabled option can be selected or cleared only when the virtual machine is stopped. When you finish, click OK to save the changes and quit the Virtual Machine Configuration dialog. If you do not want to save the changes, click Cancel . |
