Determines whether the settings is locked for editing

Parameters

hDispConfig

A handle of type PHT_DISP_CONFIG.

pbLocked

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the result. PRL_TRUE indicates that the settings is locked and cannot be edited. PRL_FALSE indicates otherwise.

Returns

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.
