Determines whether the feature service headless mode is enabled.

A handle of type PHT_DISP_CONFIG.

pbEnabled

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the result. PRL_TRUE indicates that the service headless mode is enabled. PRL_FALSE indicates otherwise.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.
