prlctl register, unregister
The
register
command is used to register a Container with Parallels Cloud Server.
The
unregister
command removes a Container from the Parallels Cloud Server registry.

Specifies what to do with the Container UUID (universally unique identifier). If you specify
yes
, the UUID is preserved. If you specify
no
, the UUID is regenerated.
Note:
By default, UUIDs are regenerated.

Remarks
-
Use the
register
command when you have a Container on the server that does not show up in the list of the Containers registered with the Parallels Cloud Server. This can be a Container that was previously removed from the registry or that was copied from another location.

The
unregister
command removes a Container from the Parallels Cloud Server registry, but does not delete the Container files from the server. You can re-register the Container later using the
register
command.
