Please note that 32-bit operating systems are not supported.

Note: At the time of this writing, SAML SSO has limited support on VDI desktops and Remote PCs. Full support will be available in the upcoming Parallels RAS release.

End user clients

SAML SSO authentication is initiated from the RAS HTML5 portal and then continues in Parallels Client. The following Parallels Clients are supported:

• RAS HTML5 Client
• Parallels Client for Windows 17.1 or newer
