Using an RDP ConnectionAfter adding a Standard Remote Desktop connection, double-click it (or right-click > Connect) to establish a connection with the remote computer. You can have multiple active connections at the same time (both standard RDP and Parallels RAS). To switch between active connections in Parallels Client, click a connection in the left pane or click the corresponding tab page in the right pane. Right-click an active RDP connection in the Connections list to perform the following actions:
Using multiple monitors If you have more than one monitor attached to your local computer, you can move the remote desktop to the monitor of your choice. When you disconnect from the remote desktop and then reconnect to it later, your monitor choice is remembered, so the remote desktop is displayed on the same monitor as the last time. If the monitor is no longer available, the remote desktop will be displayed on the default monitor. |
