Managing Sessions

The sessions management functionality allows you to disconnect, log off, and remotely control active sessions on the host and the sites.

To manage sessions:

1. In the RAS Console, navigate to Administration / Session Management .

   

2. You can manage multiple sessions at the same time. Select one or more sessions that you'd like to manage and then click the Tasks drop-down menu. In the menu, click an item corresponding to the task you'd like to perform:
   • Disconnect — disconnects selected sessions.
   • Log Off — logs off session owners.
   • Send Message — opens a dialog where you can type and send a message to the owners of the selected sessions.
   • Remote Control — allows you to remotely control the selected user session. Note that this option is only available when you select a single session.
