Parallels Remote Application Server Logging Per Site

You can also enable, disable, and manage logging globally for all servers on a given site.

Note: When reporting a problem to Parallels Support it is useful to prepare the log file which can be sent with the support request. To prepare the log file follow the below procedure:

To manage global logging:

  1. In the RAS Console, navigate to Farm / <site-name> / Settings and click the Global Logging tab.
  2. Use the items in the Actions section to perform the following actions:
    • Start All Logs . Enables logging on all servers within the site.
    • Stop All Logs . Stops all logging.
    • Retrieve All Logs . Retrieves all logs and saves them to a file (you'll need to specify the file name and the target location).
    • Clear All Logs . Clears all logs. Note that once you click this item, the logs will be cleared with NO additional warning.
  3. In the Settings section, specify how often the log file should be backed.
