Allows to activate/deactivate cluster mode.

bClusterMode

To activate cluster mode, set this parameter to PRL_TRUE.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
