Enables or disables the allow attach screenshots for problem report.

[in] Action type. Specify PRL_TRUE to enable. Specify PRL_FALSE to disable it.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
