Disables or enables native scaling video mode for the specified virtual machine.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid PHT_VIRTUAL_MACHINE handle or NULL pointer to the output buffer was specified.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - operation completed successfully
