PrlSrvCfgHdd_GetPart Function

Obtains a handle of type PHT_HW_HARD_DISK_PARTITION identifying the specified hard disk partition.

Parameters

hHardDisk

A handle of type PHT_HW_HARD_DISK, identifying the hard disk.

nIndex

An index of the hard disk partition for which you would like to obtain a handle. Partitions are index beginning with 0 (zero). The total number of partitions can be obtained by calling the PrlSrvCfgHdd_GetPartsCount function.

phPart

[out] A pointer to a handle of type PHT_HW_HARD_DISK_PARTITION identifying the partition.

Returns

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
