Gets virtual disk storage start sector.

[in] A handle of type PHT_VIRTUAL_DISK_STORAGE_PARAMS identifying the virtual disk storage object.

pnSize

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives start sector.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - Invalid handle or null pointer was passed. PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - Function completed successfully.
