Returns backup info handle.

A handle of type PHT_BACKUP.

phInfo

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the handle of type PHT_BACKUP_INFO.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY - out of memory to create backup object.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
