Request Support

To contact the Parallels support team for assistance:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Parallels icon in the menu bar and choose Help > Request Support .
   • If the Parallels Desktop menu bar is visible at the top of the screen, choose Help > Request Support .
2. Follow the onscreen instructions.
