If you have a USB drive with the OS installation files, connect it to your Mac.
-
If you have a disk image, copy it to your Mac.
-
Restart the virtual machine by doing one of the following:
-
Click
Actions
>
Restart
.
-
Click the Parallels icon
in the menu bar and choose
Actions
>
Restart
.
-
And follow the onscreen instructions.
