PRL_RESULT . Possible values:
PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.
PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
A virtual hard disk can be one of two types: expanding or fixed. The size of an expanding hard disk is expanded dynamically up to a predefined limit. The size of a fixed hard disk is set to the specified value at the time of creation.
