A handle of type PHT_VIRTUAL_MACHINE or PHT_DESKTOP_CONTROL .
Returns

PRL_RESULT . Possible values: PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed. PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
