Returns the network rate entry class id.

A handle of type PHT_NETWORK_RATE identifying the network rate entry.

pnClassId

[out] A pointer to a buffer that receives the result.

PRL_RESULT . Possible values are:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
