Change the Virtual Machine Name

The name of a virtual machine is displayed in Control Center and at the top of the guest OS window when you are running in Window mode.

To change the virtual machine name:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Parallels icon in the menu bar and choose Configure.
   • Click Actions in the Parallels Desktop menu bar at the top of the screen and choose Configure.
2. Click General and type a new name in the Name field.

The length of the name is limited to 50 characters.
