PrlDispNet_SetNetworkType Function

Allows to set a network type for the specified virtual network adapter.

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlDispNet_SetNetworkType(
    PRL_HANDLE hDispNet, 
    PRL_NET_ADAPTER_EMULATED_TYPE nNetworkType
);

hDispNet

A handle of type PHT_DISP_NET_ADAPTER identifying the network adapter.

nNetworkType

A network type to set. NOTE: You can only use PNA_HOST_ONLY and PNA_SHARED types here. You CANNOT use the PNA_BRIDGED_ETHERNET type.

PRL_RESULT . Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
