PrlDispNet_SetIndex Function

Sets the specified virtual network adapter index (from 0 to 5).

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlDispNet_SetIndex(
    PRL_HANDLE hDispNet, 
    PRL_UINT32 nIndex
);

hDispNet

A handle of type PHT_DISP_NET_ADAPTER identifying the network adapter.

nIndex

An index to set. The value cannot be less then 0 and greater than 5.

PRL_RESULT . Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.

Use this function to set a unique number for a virtual network adapter for easy identification in your client applications.
