Adds unsigned int parameter to the command.

PRL_RESULT . Possible values: PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - non valid PHT_VIRTUAL_MACHINE handle was specified PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - operation completed successfully other values could also be returned.
