PrlApi.h Virtual Device Functions Send Feedback

Sets an index identifying the virtual device.

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlVmDev_SetIndex(
    PRL_HANDLE hVmDev, 
    PRL_UINT32 nIndex
);

hVmDev

A handle identifying the virtual device. This can be one of the following: PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_FLOPPY, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_HARD_DISK, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_OPTICAL_DISK, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_PARALLEL_PORT, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_SERIAL_PORT, PHT_VIRTUAL_DEV_NET_ADAPTER.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or invalid handle type.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
