Returns sign whether time synchronization smart mode between guest and host is enabled.
PRL_RESULT PrlVmCfg_IsTimeSyncSmartModeEnabled( PRL_HANDLE hVmCfg, PRL_BOOL_PTR pbEnabled );
PRL_RESULT. Possible values:
PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer to buffer was passed.
PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
This mode let to have different settings of time, date and time zone for guest and host. When date/time settings changing at guest OS with OS tools and this setting enabled then Parallels Tools store specified difference between guest and host time and will keep this difference further automatically synchronizing time at guest OS just in case when this difference will be broken.
