PrlSrvCfgHddPart_GetType Function

Returns a numerical code identifying the type of the specified partition.

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlSrvCfgHddPart_GetType(
    PRL_HANDLE hPart, 
    PRL_UINT32_PTR pnType
);

hPart

A valid handle of type PHT_HW_HARD_DISK_PARTITION identifying the hard disk partition.

pnType

[out] Pointer to a variable that receives a numerical code identifying the partition type.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
