PrlSrvCfgDev_GetType Function

Returns the device type.

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlSrvCfgDev_GetType(
    PRL_HANDLE hGenericDevice, 
    PRL_DEVICE_TYPE_PTR pnDevType
);

hGenericDevice

A handle of type PHT_HW_GENERIC_DEVICE, or one of the descendant types, identifying the device.

pnDevType

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the device type.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
