PrlSrvCfgDev_GetDeviceState Function

Returns the device state enumerated in PRL_GENERIC_DEVICE_STATE.

Syntax

PRL_RESULT PrlSrvCfgDev_GetDeviceState(
    PRL_HANDLE hGenericDevice, 
    PRL_GENERIC_DEVICE_STATE_PTR pnDeviceState
);

hGenericDevice

A handle of type PHT_HW_GENERIC_DEVICE, or one of the descendant types, identifying the device.

pnDeviceState

[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the device state.

PRL_RESULT. Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.
