PrlVirtNet_SetNetworkType Function

Sets the specified virtual network type.

Syntax 
PRL_RESULT PrlVirtNet_SetNetworkType(
    PRL_HANDLE hVirtNet, 
    PRL_NET_VIRTUAL_NETWORK_TYPE nNetworkType
);

Parameters

hVirtNet
A handle of type PHT_VIRTUAL_NETWORK identifying the virtual network.
nNetworkType
The value to set.
Returns

PRL_RESULT . Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.

Remarks

Network types are defined in the PRL_NET_VIRTUAL_NETWORK_TYPE enumeration. The following describes network types are used:

  • PVN_BRIDGED_ETHERNET
  • PVN_HOST_ONLY
