Determines the maximum amount of physical memory that can be reserved for Parallels Service operation.

Syntax
PRL_RESULT PrlDispCfg_GetMaxReservMemLimit(
    PRL_HANDLE hDispConfig, 
    PRL_UINT32_PTR pnMemSize
);

Parameters

hDispConfig
A handle of type PHT_DISP_CONFIG .
pnMemSize
[out] A pointer to a variable that receives the memory size (in megabytes).
Returns

PRL_RESULT . Possible values:

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - invalid handle or null pointer was passed.

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - function completed successfully.

Remarks

By default, memory limits and the actual size of the reserved memory are calculated automatically based on the total RAM available on the host machine. If needed, you can modify the default values. When setting the size of the memory reserved for Parallels Service, use this function to find out the maximum allowable size.
