PrlDevAudio_SetOutputEncoding Function

Sets audio output encoding for specified Vm.

Syntax
PRL_RESULT PrlDevAudio_SetOutputEncoding(
    PRL_HANDLE hVm, 
    const PRL_IO_AUDIO_ENCODING_PTR pEnc
);

Parameters

hVm
A handle of type PHT_VIRTUAL_MACHINE identifying the virtual machine.
pEnc
Encoding description. Use #PrlSrv_GetAudioEncodingList to have a list of supported encodings.
Returns

PRL_RESULT . Possible values:

PRL_ERR_SUCCESS - specified encoding exists, request has been successfully sent to server. Encoding will be changed in few moments.

PRL_ERR_AUDIO_ENCODINGS_NOT_SUPPORTED - audio encodings are not supported on server, connection is local or remote connection does not exist anymore.

PRL_ERR_FAILURE - sending operation of encoding request has been failed.

PRL_ERR_INVALID_ARG - pEnc pointer is wrong or hVm does not exist.
