This utility is used to check the current system overcommitment and safety of the total resource control settings.
–v is the option for verbose output. This utility computes the commitment levels of a number of resource management parameters (Low Memory, Memory + Swap, Allocated Memory) and compares them with the values chosen by the Parallels Cloud Server administrator in the
/etc/vz/vz.conf global configuration file. The utility will produce a warning if these configured values are exceeded. Similarly to
vzcheckovr takes into account only those Containers that are currently running and ignores all the others existing on the server.
