The PHT_SYSTEM_STATISTICS_CPU handle is used to obtain CPU statistics. The handle is obtained by making the PrlStat_GetCpuStat function call.

Returns the CPU system time, in seconds.

PrlStatCpu_GetUserTime 
Returns the CPU user time in seconds.
