prlctl installtools

The prlctl installtools command is used to install Parallels Tools in a running virtual machine. It has the following syntax:

prlctl installtools < ID | name >

The options that can be used with this command are explained in the table below:

Parameter Name	Description
`ID`	The ID of the virtual machine where you want to install Parallels Tools.
`name`	The name of the virtual machine where you want to install Parallels Tools.
`-v, --verbose` `number`	Sets the verbosity level for the `prlctl installtools` command. The greater number you specify, the more verbose output `prlctl installtools` will produce.
