properties delivery control on property change/query: is default mark to deliver most recent property values, discarding property changes that have not been sent yet and waiting in send queue.

Remarks

ALL: should be used when property requires tracking of ALL its changes. NOSELF: property changes made by client should NOT be broadcasted back to that client STREAM: binary property can be delivered in chunks, instead of gathering full original property
